Sometimes, one of the hardest things for a survivor of sexual assault to recover from is a believe that they could have been more self-protective and resistive during the assault
I offer specialist counselling to individuals, couples, families and children where deep seated, chronic, anxiety exists and limits the life and relationships of those who suffer from it.
Counselling is not necessarily about: Linking your precious feelings to catch phrases and buzz words like, “I’m co-dependant”, and “That’s your stuff not mine.”
Does your child struggle with friendships? Have you been called into the Head’s office or the Year Head’s office to be told that you child is either arguementative or isilated?
